Details for Dalton Foundation Grant Application Process

Due to an overwhelming response, and the many strong partnerships we have already established, we will not be taking any additional grant requests for the 2020 year. However, we will continue to offer support for those organizations looking for medical equipment for the remainder of 2019 (To apply for medical equipment, please complete our Medical Device Application below).

Window for application:
May 1, 2019 – August 31, 2019

Organizations applying for medical equipment grants and other special needs/emergencies that may arise throughout the year and pending grants with partners

Grant Review Period:
September 1, 2019 – November 30, 2019

Those selected as a finalist will be asked to schedule an interview with the Dalton Foundation Team during the months of October and November to answer more detailed questions about their project and plans

Final Decisions:
December 2019

Fund disbursement will begin as appropriate by January 2020

Preliminary Grant Application
This preliminary grant application must be submitted prior to a detailed full grant proposal. If requested, a full grant proposal will be due within 30 days after the submission of this preliminary application.
