Our Work:
WOMEN & CHILDREN

Women and children form the backbone of our society and they are the most vulnerable when disaster strikes and where poverty abounds. Pregnancy and early childhood are particularly risky periods where many lives are lost unnecessarily. The Dalton Foundation supports women and children’s projects and programs both domestically and internationally.

“Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”  Matthew 25:40

Caring for

Women & Children

Domestically

The relink.org database is designed to support women and children by helping them quickly connect to all available community resources.  Thousands of women use the site every year to find support and encouragement and to find wholeness and healing and keep families strong.

Internationally

Through reLink Global Health and The Haiti Health Network, The Dalton Foundation partners with Vitamin Angels and Direct Relief to distribute vitamins and midwife kits to dozens of partners in Northern Haiti. These programs directly impact well over 100,000 lives annually.

In the past 12 months we were able to ship and distribute 25 fetal dopplers to 11 birthing centers throughout Haiti that impacted over 4500 pregnancies. 15 infant warmers were shipped to Haiti to modernize and standardize NICU wards in 5 hospitals.
